Pacific Toyota + Lexus Showroom Redevelopment – Cairns

The Pacific Toyota Refurbishment is a transformation of an aged car dealership facility into a contemporary exemplar aligned with the latest Toyota and Lexus design principles.

Prominently located on an elevated site fronting Mulgrave Road in Cairns, the redevelopment incorporates an extensive ‘smart glass’ display frontage for both brands under a single roof.

Undertaken as a Design and Construct type building contract, extensive consultation between Client, Architect and Builder facilitated an ongoing use of the premises whilst the building works was procured on time and budget.

Inherent design and construction issues identified with the existing building structure were overcome through structural innovation and carefully considered detailing.
