Energy Queensland Ltd, Logistics Warehouse – Edmonton

The Energy Queensland Limited (EQL) Logistics Warehouse at Edmonton is a 2 hectare site development to provide a centralised storage and dispatch facility to support the development and maintenance of the regions electrical supply infrastructure.

The site was formerly a sugar cane plantation and required extensive site works to achieve a flood immune building platform and accesses.  The building consists of nominally 2,400sq.m. of warehouse storage, 1,500sq.m. of covered set down and loading areas, 250sq.m. office annexe and 17,000sq.m. of external hardstand area.
