Carinya Wellness Centre

Carinya Home for the Aged is an established residential aged care facility on the Atherton Tablelands. 

The Wellness Centre links the original residential wings to the most recent residential development.  It provides a central social gathering area for residents and the community more broadly.

The facility includes a large hall that opens onto a generous deck space overlooking the natural surrounds.  Other functional areas include a gym, craft room, medical consulting room, servery and associated amenities.

The building reflects the established building aesthetic of the site and responds to the topography and natural country setting of the facility.
