We sit down in the early stages and condense project ideas into a project brief.
Concept Design
We prepare concepts to test the site and brief opportunities prior to developing the design.
3D Design
Our design process is inherently 3D and we can provide renders and fly-throughs.
Coordination
We facilitate and coordinate a team of specialist building consultants including engineers, certifiers and cost planners.
Contract Documentation
We prepare contract documents including working drawings and specifications suitable for tender and construction.
Tender
We can facilitate a tender process with building contractors based on our documentation.
Construction
We provide construction stage oversight and can administer a building contract between Client and Builder.
