C&P has developed a strong architectural philosophy focused upon practical well designed building solutions tailored to our clients needs.
Services
C&P provide architectural services to government, semi-government and private clients.
The scope of services includes:
- Pre-design & feasibility studies including brief formulation,
- Site analysis and master planning,
- Concept design,
- Design development,
- Construction drawings,
- Co-ordination with specialist consultants,
- Tendering and contract documentation,
- Construction phase services, and
- Presentation drawings and 3D models.
Directors
C&P has a healthy balance of junior and senior directors which offer clients the benefits of youth and experience for the successful delivery of their building projects. There are four company Directors, all of whom are resident in Cairns and have full time commitments to the practice of architecture.
